ILRNHA Hosts National RNHA Founder and Elects New Executive Committee

The ILRNHA is pleased to announce the election of its new Executive Board at the 2015 IL RNHA Biennial Convention. Held in Chicago on January 30th and 31st, the convention was honored to host National RNHA founder and decorated World War II hero, Francisco Vega, as this year's Aguila Award winner. Convention attendees were also addressed by supporters such as Congressman Bob Dold, State Senator Jim Oberweiss, State Representative Tom Morrison, and Cook County GOP Chairman Aaron Del Mar.

The new Executive Committee of the ILRNHA includes Chairman Deb Gordils, Vice Chairman Gloria Cardenas Cudia, Secretary Elida Cruz, Treasurer John Guevara, National Committeewoman Gloria Campos, and National Committeeman Rafael Rivadeneira.  The ILRNHA is excited to get to work supporting Republicans and reaching out to the Hispanic community through the next two years. "The time to reorganize and bring Latinos home to the Republican Party starts with this Convention", said ILRNHA Chairman Deb Gordils.

Additionally, we would like to announce the formation of the McHenry County RNHA, the latest chapter of the RNHA of Illinois, which is led by Joe Ptak of Island Lake, IL.
