DuPage County chapter surpasses 50 members and elects new executive board
On January 27, the DuPage Chapter of the Republican National Hispanic Assembly of Illinois elected for the first time a full executive board to lead the chapter for the next 2 years. The elected officers are the following:
Phillip Rodriguez - President
Ric Gruber - Vice-President
Ivan Fernandez - Treasurer
Eddie Fernandez - Secretary
Rafael Rivadeneira - Past President
In addition to the election of the officers, the chapter voted for delegates to send to the RNHA of IL convention to be held on February 28 in Carbondale, IL. The DuPage Chapter will be sending the following delegates:
Rafael Rivadeneira
Phillip Rodriguez
Joseph A. Jorge
Eddie Fernandez
We are also very glad to announce that due to an effort to increase membership in the last week, the DuPage chapter surpassed 50 total members qualifying them for sending an extra delegate to the state convention. One of the following alternate delegates will be our 5th delegate with full voting rights:
Ric Gruber
George Kokkonas
Caryn Rivadeneira
Jose Jorge
We’d like to thank all our supporters for making the DuPage chapter the largest chapter in Illinois and we look forward to continuing to promote the Republican Party as a home for Hispanics.
Thank you.
Rafael Rivadeneira
RNHA of DuPage County, Past President
