Names and e-mails may be collected on various pages on our website. To become a member of the ILRNHA, your address also is required. For donations and membership fees, we do not collect or store credit card information. We use Paypal to process financial transactions.

None of the information collected will be disclosed to a third party unless we first receive consent. The purpose of most information we collect is to identify the user in a unique way. The exception to this is that if in order to comply with the law or a request by a law enforcement agency, we may release any and all collected information to the proper authorities.

Users may ask us to delete any and all information we have about them. If you would like to do that, please contact us using the Online Contact Form with the name and e-mail address you want deleted.

IP addresses are the location of your computer or network on the Internet. We log them for troubleshooting purposes, and to track which pages people visit in order to improve the quality of the site. We do not use this information to develop individual profiles.
